The self contained part of the stone built farmhouse is a spacious and comfortable. With its own private entrance modern comforts are combined with old world charm. The house is centrally heated during winter months with garden table and chairs for eating out.

Rooms consist of two bedrooms; 1st Bedroom has double bed and two singles, 2nd Bedroom has double bed, room for a cot and also a shaver point (both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes). There is a shower Bathroom with a separate toilet, an oak beamed Lounge/Diner with TV, radio, electric fire and high chair and finally a Kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing and ironing facilities.

Bed linen and hot water is included but you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels with electricity supplied by a £1 meter.  Sorry no pets allowed.


Part of Farmhouse - Access Statement

  1. Enter via a large gate into the farm yard. The yard is concreted, uneven in places.

  2. Parking spaces are allocated on the yard 20 Meters from the front door.

  3. The path to the front of the house is slightly sloped. The width of the path is 1 Metre.

  4. The entrance door is 800mm wide. Ground floor contains a compact kitchen and living area has remote control T.V. Kitchen has work surfaces at standard height and a standard height hob and oven.

  5. Door width to kitchen and lounge is 700mm.

  6. Upstairs is access via a staircase of 12 Stairs 800mm wide on to a large landing.

  7. Bedroom one has one double bed and one single also a visitor’s bed.

  8. Bedroom two has one double bed also a dressing table this is 760mm high. All doors up stairs are 700mm wide.

  9. The height of the beds is 500mm.

  10. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and handles built into the bath and glass shower screen. The entrance door is 630mm wide. All bathroom fittings are standard size.

  11. There is a separate toilet width of the door 550mm.

  12. Service dogs welcome.

  13. Public transport in village 1 mile. Full mobile coverage. Owners living on site.

  14. The garden is 2 metres from front door. A slightly uneven path leads to a lawned area. A small 60mm step leads on to this.
